Our Vision
We envision a more pleasant parking and park like environment for family members of our local fallen heroes. We can’t imagine what family members think or feel when they drive into that area to visit a loved one. We feel that our fallen military members deserve a much more pleasant place for their family members to visit and pay their respects.
Soon after we committed ourselves to the project, Alex Palm of i.e., Engineering heard about the project and immediately offered his design and engineering services, free of charge. Of course, nothing can really move forward on a project until it is engineered. Alex and i.e., Engineering deserve our thanks for their commitment and service to our veterans, the community and this project.
The design plan (attached in PDF format) includes parking for 89 cars with eight of those reserved as handicapped parking.
